What is the Group Mentoring Programme?
It is an opportunity for young carers to have a combination of one to one and group mentoring to support their personal development, build on existing skills and introduce them to new ones.
Whilst the main focus is on education, the mentoring programme supports all learning and development to support young carers to develop their potential, increase self awareness and build resilience.
Who can access the programme?
We support young carers in year 9, 10 and 11 in the following areas:
- N. Somerset
- Bristol & South Glos
- Wiltshire
- Bath and NE Somerset
